This End User License Agreement applies to use of SupportMora Demo software and related files, documentation, updates, branding assets and marketplace package. The software is licensed, not sold, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
A valid buyer or license holder may install and use the software according to the purchased license terms. The license does not permit unauthorized resale, redistribution, nulled versions, removal of license notices, reverse engineering for bypassing access control, or sharing the package outside the licensed buyer's organization.
Buyers may configure branding, settings, support plans, email, SMS/WhatsApp, payment gateways, knowledge base and operational content for their own business use. Source-code modifications are the buyer's responsibility unless covered by a support or customization agreement.
The software is provided with features, documentation and support scope described in the purchase package. Third-party gateways, hosting providers, email servers, SMS providers, AI providers and payment processors remain external services governed by their own terms.
