SupportMora Demo is a support portal, help center and ticketing system. It helps businesses receive, organize, respond to and report on support requests. It does not guarantee uninterrupted service, instant resolution, payment gateway uptime, email delivery, SMS/WhatsApp delivery, hosting availability or third-party API performance.
Administrators are responsible for configuring SMTP, payment gateways, SMS/WhatsApp providers, AI providers, backups, legal text, support policies, taxes, currencies, account permissions and security settings correctly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupportMora Demo is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, data loss, business interruption, unauthorized configuration changes, server mismanagement, weak passwords, third-party outages, payment gateway disputes, hosting failures or misuse of the system. Regular backups, strong passwords and secure hosting are strongly recommended.
